The room was a nice size and recently renovated, with all necessary facilities. the location is unbeatable, with a magnificent view of the harbor in front. It's also just a 15-minute walk from Pereke River Shore Park.

I had a delightful lunch at Kitakobushi Shiretoko Hotel & Resort during my visit to Shari. The traditional meal was delicious and well-presented, with a variety of dishes including raw beef, noodles, vegetables, and more. It was a truly enjoyable dining experience.

During my Xmas stay, the view from my room was absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque scenic view of the harbor and the surrounding area. The buffet also had some good options to choose from. the foot baths were a great way to relax after an adventurous day.

Some of the facilities were not open at certain times of the day making guest adjustment a necessary inconvenience. The public onsen was clean but lacked the natural ambiance one would expect given the natural beauty and proximity to the national park.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location near the bus terminal and right in the harbor was perfect for us. We were able to easily explore Shari and take boats out to see the beautiful sunset. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to answer our questions and provide excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a great selection of delicious food that was constantly replenished. we highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast.

Had a great city break! The food was amazing, with a wide variety of options. Also, loved the stunning location, overlooking the port and close to the national park. The private hot springs bath on the terrace was a real highlight, offering complete relaxation.

While the restaurant offered many delicious gluten-containing dishes, options for those with dietary restrictions were limited. It would have been great if they offered more gluten-free choices or Tamari as a substitute.

The polite and friendly staff provide excellent service, making guests feel welcomed. Breakfast includes a decent spread of Japanese and international dishes.

At peak times, the public onsen baths and car park can become crowded, detracting from the overall relaxation experience.
